IT recruitment & staffingContact

Tell us about your next role.

Describe the work you have done and the kind of IT role you want next. Specific projects and tools say more than a job title.

What to put in your email.

A short email is the first step. Cover these three things in your own words.

The work you have done

  • Recent projects and your part in them
  • The languages, platforms, and tools you used
  • Certifications, if your field uses them

What you want next

  • The kind of role or title
  • Permanent, contract, or temporary
  • The kind of team you work best in

Practical details

  • Where you are based, and on site, hybrid, or remote
  • When you could start

Share only what you are comfortable sending. If you would like to know how your information is handled before you send a resume, ask in your first email.

Give the title some context.

A list of technologies rarely explains what you actually did. A concise introduction is more useful when it connects your tools to responsibility, the setting, and the work you want next.

Your contribution

Say what you were responsible for on a recent project or team. Distinguish work you led from work you supported, and describe the systems or decisions you handled directly.

The technical setting

Name the platforms, languages, or tools that mattered to the work, not every tool you have ever used. If a certification is relevant to the role, include it with enough context to explain why.

Your next move

Tell us which type of role interests you, whether you prefer permanent, contract, or temporary work, and what location or work arrangement you can consider. You can keep the first note brief.

Choose what to share.

This is an introduction, not an application to a listed opening. Start with the information that explains your fit for the work you want. A resume can follow if you decide to send one.

Keep the first message focused

A short summary of recent work, preferred role, location, and availability is enough to begin. Leave out private details that do not help explain your experience or what you are looking for.

Ask before sharing more

If you want to know how your information would be handled before sending a resume, ask in your first email. This site does not state a storage period or promise a particular outcome.
